Service Corporation International Software Engineer (Developer) interview questions

The hiring process was very disappointing at SCI. I was only interviewed by one Director in IT over the Developers who had trouble enunciating his words properly. There were also some other developers. Everyone sat there like a bump on a log! It is obvious that none of them had been trained in interviewing techniques as were those with the large oil companies I interviewed with. The Director tried to explain what they developed but I had no idea what he was describing. When I asked questions he appeared aggitated by my questions! An interview is supposed to be for both sides. The Developers just sat there until he asked them to ask a question and it was ridiculously trife and simple for a senior developer. They seemed terrified of him like he was going to fire them if they didn't ask the right question. I actually ended the interview early and had no desire to work for what appeared low sub-quality IT Managers and Developers.
