They quickly asked about my qualifications/experience over the phone and then set up an interview for the next day. The manager who was supposed to hire me did not because she was too busy. Interview lasted 20 minutes and it was pretty simple, no crazy questions. The interview was for a completely different position, though. Not sure how that happened. I received a call the next day with an offer.
