They invited me to interview, and did not bother to show up to the interview, then absolute radio silence afterwards, i messaged on Linkedin, called the inhouse recruiter, and emailed them twice. I spent a couple of hours prepping, I respect my time and would have appreciated any communication even a "no longer interested"
