I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at ServiceRocket (Kuala Lumpur)
Interview
First, they started out with a 24 hour online test, then if you passed the online test, where they test your English, MySQL, Java and Linux. The test is easy because you can google the answers to those you don't know.
If you pass the online test, they will then invite you to a 8 hour interview with a group of 6 people where they test your technical and thinking skills. If you pass the technical test, you will then proceed to the last round of interview that involves critical thinking.
The recruiters will evaluate you based on how you interact with the other interviewees and how you interact with them. This is to see if you fit with the company - my advice is just be yourself, no need to feel nervous. The interviewer who is the bootcamp facilitator makes me feel at ease, super helpful in regards to the technical test and very friendly. He certainly gave a good first impression towards the company. I find the interview process unique and fresh, compared to other companies that I had been to.

Interview
First you will have phone call interview, You passed! Congratulation.
Second screening, they will send you a set of questions consist of English, Email etiquette, Linux, SQL, JAVA within 48 hours. Pretty easy if you are a tech savvy person. Easy right?!? pass!
Third test, they invite you for a full day interview. It is in a group like 5-6 people. Chit chat a bit, then you will be given a buggy software and install it within 2 hours. If you are a daily user of Linux terminal or good at server management then this is easy peasy lemon squeezy. If you flunk this part, it is time to go home, pack your belonging and never look back again! nothing good left behind. Move on with life and put yourself together.
4th? well I let you figure out this one by yourself. Make sure you get enough sleep before going to their interview. It is a whole day long. Good luck and don't forget to have fun! it is just an interview afterall, and don't take it seriously. Hint about test 4 is somewhere within this review too. If you cannot see it then you already flunk the interview before even going to theirs. Save your time and decline the interview invitation and prepare yourself for other interviews.
Their recruitment team have very unique methods to weed out candidates and like it. They are simulating their daily tasks into the entire screening process within a day. If you have a difficulty to overcome these challenges and somehow you got accepted then you better drop it, their daily tasks will be harder and you are simply not fit into these tasks. " Always remember to measure cloth with your own body size ". Overall it is a good experience and exposure.
