If you get a candidate experience survey before the final decision, DO NOT ANSWER IT. They just want a positive rating for themselves before they reject you. Very conveniently the candidate experience survey lands in my email before the final decision. I fill out the survey positively and submit and 12 hours after that I'm told my profile isn't moving forward.

Question 1
Simple. Says enough about the company and where their sales is at. If you're a junior, sure, if you're well experienced, I wouldn't recommend it.
Sorry you had a negative experience. Our Candidate Tracking System Application sends out the survey in an automated and anonymous fashion. The survey results are internal use only--it is not publicly shared (like Glassdoor). We appreciate both positive and constructive feedback to improve our processes. Our hope is that candidates are honest with us, regardless of the outcome of their screening experience and when they take the survey.
