Very detailed, met with potential manager couple of times, HR rep, and head of the business unit. They asked a lot of questions about my previous role in another company, problem solving skills, projects I had completed/initiated, whether or not I had worked with a partner or on my own in sales, how I manage a budget, what my sales were like. They also asked me a lot of questions about what I knew about their products and company specifically - tough because can't figure out too much from the web about them... Advice: do your research, come prepared with answers about every aspect of your current job, and ask them questions so you don't get a surprise if you're hired.
