I applied through LinkedIn Easy Apply and got a call from HR a couple business days later with an interview scheduled for the following week. 1:1 interview went well and kept in contact with HR for next steps. But from then on, the process quickly became disarray. I was told days after interview that I was moving onto the 2nd round of interviews, but then silence for about 2 weeks. Received a call from a different HR representative calling as if I never interviewed with them at all! After explaining situation, was told that they were still interviewing candidates even though the 2nd round of interviewees list was already made. To this day, no updates or communication except from an automated application update saying that I wasn't being considered anymore. Overall, I'd say it was a very unorganized interview process behind the scenes that was made known later on in the process. Not saying this will happen to everyone that applies, but keep my experience in mind when applying here.
