Applied online 2 times and got a response after more than a month. I must say the recruiter was responsive until the interview is scheduled and very unresponsive during and after the interview process. Though they said they wanted to get feedback on the interview process after it's done but it was clear they were not very serious at all as the recruiter didn't meet while I was in the office and didn't bother to connect with me afterward and didn't provide any update post the interview. Interviewers were not trained on how to interview senior candidates and some of the interviewers were not matured enough/don't have the experience to gauge candidates skill. Sounds like they had come with a specific answer in mind and were expecting it. I wouldn't have asked such questions to a senior candidate.
