Opaque and unprofessional.
I went through 3 rounds of interviews. Cut to 6 months later, I still haven't heard a peep from anyone from the hiring team. I assumed they weren't interested, but I don't understand why a recruiting process would be designed in such a way to leave candidates in limbo. You're burning bridges!

They mostly asked me to describe my experience and why i'm interested in working at Seurat instead of my current company.... major red flag that the interview process is not well-defined, they don't know what they're looking for (or how to find candidates that fit), and might be using the interview process itself as a way to answer that question. Not ideal as a candidate!
