I met the hiring manager at a career fair at my college. She was really hype about the company and got me to come in for a "career day" where I was supposed to listen to presentations and interview from 2-5. I showed up and there were 6 other people waiting to be interviewed. They had plenty of snacks/treats for us to enjoy while we waited. We sat through two presentations and I still can't explain what it is they're selling to clients. Then we transitioned to the kitchen where we could chat with employees about their day to day tasks and they entertain each other by IMing and playing pranks. The culture seems fun and relaxed but they said it does get tiring cold calling all day so they have to keep it fun. Then when I was finally taken back for my interview it lasted all of 15 minutes by an employee who was only 4 months on the job and was well past the 5 o clock marker promised.
