Aptitude test - Totally irrelevant and insignificant followed by 3 technical rounds and one HR round. Most of the Glassdoor reviews are right as they don't have HR or employee care kind of environment. They tried to back themselves by saying that we work very hard and there is no fun at work and only work and work long hours and over the weekend which means no work life balance. Ultimately they don't understand the simplest of the thing that employee will only be productive if gets a proper environment and sufficient time for himself.
