I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Sevita (Hattiesburg, MS) in Sep 2025
Interview
It went wonderful for the corporate phone interview; however, when I was brought into the local office I was given an interview with a tour of the facility, comparisons to my old job, and details about the people I would be working with. I was not selected and was offered a job for less than half the salary. I was called in months later because corporate said the company made a mistake, but when I went in for my local interview I was asked grueling questions back to back with higher ups on a video call judging and taking notes with no sense of humor or smile. I was still given another tour, introductions to all staff and clients, and was offered a job making less than half once again. I did not do well with the second interview as it was extremely stressful and unexpected. It was still a horrible waste of time.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked about my address, my childcare, and specifics in my past work and situations I have dealt with. They took
notes on each answer with no smile or comment then moved on.
It was heart felt and welcomed. Looking forward to an offer. There was an initial phone "interview" then an in person interview with the Director and Residential Supervisor, than a couple weeks later a final interview with the same two individuals and also the Clinical Director and another Residential Supervisor. Looking forward to a call tomorrow.
