I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sevita in Oct 2011
Interview
Both face to face interviews consisted of me answering 3 typed pages of interviews. It took a long time but the questions were not very challenging. The interviewers were friendly. The second interview consisted only of situational dilemmas where I had to answer how I would respond.

Interview
I set up a phone interview for the Program Director position. They called at the scheduled time and told me that the position had been filled. They then offered me a position that was essentially a home health aid with slightly more responsibility - coordinating care for a few homes, being on-call 24/7 to cover shifts but having to work the shift yourself if you couldn't get it covered.
