Its less than an hour. They really want to hear about your experience. Its a panel interview but can sometimes just be 2 people. I was already working for the company as a DSP so i wasn't as worried. MENTOR likes to hire within. It shows that you know something about the company and what is expected of you. This doesn't mean they won't hire from outside. We've had some incredible new people come in as a supervisor.

3 people just asking questions from a sheet of paper applied in December got called for interview end of Jan. Took almost 2 weeks before offering me the job. Good company nice people to work with. Excited to get started and meet the rest of the people I'll be working with.

It was good, questions were asked regarding scenarios and quick call back. They were pleasant and open to situations occurring that would cause me to leave early. My staff were amazing and helpful when I hd questions regarding work and what I needed to do.
