Sezzle Account Executive interview questions

Nothing less than rigid and disrespectful. I had a revenue critical client scenario at the end of the quarter hit me 2 minutes before the interview. Due to trying to solve that, I was 7 minutes late for which I emailed and called with an apology and asked to reschedule. Instead of any understanding, I get a ridiculously misguided email 2 hours after the fact offering up “feedback.” This is yet another “start up” that thinks so highly of itself that they wouldn’t consider how a candidate may be affected if they were to not address said customer need from my largest client. You may have a good product and some solid employee reviews thus far, but I certainly wouldn’t work for a company with no regard for the above. Hard pass. Be better.
