Shadow Health Web Designer interview questions

Applied on LinkedIn, got a call, spoke with HR and Web Dev Lead, the call went fine and they sent me out a little UI/UX test on hacker-rank, I spent 2 hours completing the test and I did well. They asked me to critique their website and I must say they had a poor website with many inconsistencies, I got an email back asking to set a video call up, I scheduled a time and the video call went on for 1 hr and 15 minutes, I thought it went really well, I answered most of the questions right. They told me that they'd let me know the feedback soon and sent me an auto-generated rejection email next day. I was disappointed because I wasn't given proper feedback about what I did wrong, I expect proper feedback when I invest my valuable time to complete all the tests and a long call during work hours.
