      Customer Service Representative Interview

      Jan 12, 2019
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Shadow

      Interview

simple interview, terrible post-interview. screener call with manager; basic questions about why this position, etc. however, constantly harangued about salary expectations. seems to me they don't know the range of what the position should be. red flag 1. in person interview was with 3 other members; mostly personality and prior work experience. then spoke with the same manager in question, and then once more harangued about salary expectations (at this time, manager should know to not ask about previous salary as this is illegal in california), but i let that slide because i rationalized inexperience and lack of knowledge on their part. red flag 2. then a personality essay questionnaire post interview that needs to be done at home - frankly, this is a lazy interview process as the questions asked were ridiculous and more of a personality - if anything, the in person interview process should have been the determining factor of a personality. red flag 3. after 2 weeks and a follow up, no response from their part. lack of professional courtesy. red flag 4. dodged a bullet here. would not recommend this company. frankly, i do not see a future for this product as people would rather own their own hardware.

      Question 1

Currently at Blade, we have one major issue. People dont reply to their emails. But you work as a team, and you need their answers. What would you do to obtain them?
