Pros :
- amazing people, great culture : straight to the point and enthusiastic
- Systematic feedback is extremely appreciated as it gives you everything you need to work on in order to succeed.
Cons :
- process is long (> 1 months).
- bad circulation of information : Sometimes the interviewers seemed not to have been shared the information from the previous rounds, which meant a lot of backtracking / telling the same story to different people. Overall I think from interviews 3-5, half of the one hour interviews was dedidated to already given information such as background, aspirations, motives, etc...
- although the case was submitted before the deadline by me, my interviewer did not read the case in advance of the meeting
