Interview
It was a simple process. They asked about availability and scheduling first, and then went into questions about times when you faced a challenge, were honest, and worked on a fun project.
I walked in early and mentioned I had an interview. We sat at a table in the dining room. They just asked simple questions about availability, work experience, and what good customer service looks like.
Was quite smooth and easy going. The interview revolved around my experiences, it was pretty much my first job so all I had was retail experiences from my family owned store.
