I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Shake Shack
Interview
I applied through a job agency. I met with the first manager and the interview was short and fast. It was no pressure, he made you feel extremely comfortable and even cursed, just be yourself and show some knowledge about the company. I got an email the next day asking to meet with the GM. That interview was kind of the same but more in depth, you have to show you care about customer service a lot, and at the end he offered me the position.
Interviewed in person with the first manager, then got a second interview with the general manager in person as well. Quick behavioral questions, and ask about previous work experience and history.

It was pretty basic. I got there 10 mins early but the interviewer came out 15 mins late...They asked the typical tell me about yourself and situational question, given it was very conversational. Laster about 20 mins

Interview
I came in; the interview process was pretty quick. It was okay but nerve-racking. I would do it again; make sure you come in prepared because they will ask you many in-depth questions.
