Had an interview with HR and was hired on the spot. Normal interview questions about availability, degree and lifestyle. The interview was the first and last interview I had with the HR coordinator. They are expanding vastly and were desperate for unit managers. It sounded like a great sales pitch and I was sold. It took place at a Waffle House that was closest to my residence. The interviewer was late but her personality made up for it. After the interview there was a 3 day test drive; where you work 3-4 shifts in 3 days and see if there is a mutual fit. After that you receive your official offer letter and boom you are living in hell.
