The phone interview process went smoothly but I had to be rescheduled once due to their family emergency (understandable) and then when it came time for the in person interview they rescheduled on me the day prior, without offering any explanation or an alternative date and time. I chose not to answer the email for a rain check and they emailed me again almost two weeks later to ask about rescheduling. Didnt leave a great impression
