Interview
I had applied online , then was called for the next stage which was an interview. They asked for my name , phone number ,email and a few questions. However after this the employers did not get back to me.
The interview process was not too intimidating, and the atmosphere felt pretty relaxed and welcoming. First there was a brief phone call to set up the interview and to probably see if I was a good fit, and then the interview was held in the dining room.

There were questions about leadership experience, and how you react when something doesn't go your way. Also questions about how you would handle difficult customers.
