I had 7 rounds of interviews in total, including an on-site visit in New York, a personality assessment, and references sent over. After my 4th interview, it began to feel like they were stringing me along a bit. More and more interview rounds kept getting tacked on, with no clear information about when the interview loop would be complete and when a decision would be made. After 5 weeks, I was rejected with no feedback, and the job was reposted the next day. They are very pro-office, so I'd advise anyone interviewing at the home office to steer clear of asking about flexibility or openness to discuss one less day in office, etc.
