I interviewed at Shake Shack (Minneapolis, MN) in Dec 2025
Interview
I had to drive to the Mall of America, that’s where the Shack Shack was located. Then they ask a couple questions suck as why do think this is a good fit do you think you deserve to be here. At first they had me wait for a little minute not too long. Although I had to sign some papers and they never got back to me.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked why I will like to be in a facility to help my career
It’s was a job hiring event, so it was pretty much a on the spot yes or no. They just asked me question about my employment history. How I deal with customers, what I’m applying for and etc.
Basic questions they’d ask a teenager. Easiest job to get but don’t get it bc they probably were looking for a scape goat hire and not someone that’s gonna be efficient.
