After a brief phone interview I went on-site to speak with an AGM. It was a pleasant 30 minute interview in which I answered behavioral questions and questions about service. He invited me to email him with any further questions, and let me know that he never likes to leave people hanging, therefore he would be in touch with me by that Friday with an answer. I followed up twice, but never received a response. I found this to be very surprising because not doing as you say you would was not my impression of Danny Meyer employees.
