Interview

The 1st interview was about 10-15 minutes long. It was casual ask you question about yourself , and your resume. Was then invited to speak to the gm the next day. He was talking about how the wanted the work environment to me a team , and wanted everyone to be themselves. It seemed like a positive interview.

Interview

Very laid back and quick. The interviewer which was one of the managers of the store took about 5 minutes total. The atmosphere of the actual Shake Shack was nice; Everyone was really friendly.

2 interviews 1st interview with store manager. Went well very casual, asked basic questions. Asked situational questions. No more than 10-15mins. 2nd Interview with General Manager. Repeated some questions as store manager. Asked about availability.
