Interview
I didn't even apply for the role, a recruiter cold dm'd me on LinkedIn twice saying my "background was impressive" and that she's "had a lot of success working with individuals from similar environments who were ready for their next step." So I gave her a chance and hear her out. After 3 interviews, taking time out of my day to research and prepare, I get an AI automated rejection email with no feedback or anything. The interview with her and the manager felt very easy and straight forward. Just made it feel like a complete waste of time and don't understand why she reached out to me in the first place.
