Met with a recruiter who was an absolute brown noser. Kept showering me with compliments for some reason, despite never having met me before. I met with some managers and directors in the domain for the role. Had great conversations that provided key insights for me. Such as lack of ownership of leadership and wanting to be spoon fed answer. After waiting to hear back I was told excuse after excuse. Someone on vacation, someone been busy. That have not been able to debrief after a month. Waste of time and seems like a terrible work culture. I do not want to work somewhere where leadership people don't want to make decisions.
