I immediately knew this company, especially HR, was a mess. Though the position was advertised as an HRBP role, it was presented to me in person as a benefits manager position. What's up with everyone not knowing what a business partner does? Final touch: I received a rejection email addressed to "Ms. XYZ"...I'm a man. This either pointed to sloppiness/laziness or...?
