The interview process went really well. Very positive and enthusiastic HR Department. It took about 45 minutes. Make sure you know about about the term motivational interviewing and behavioral change.
A little lengthy on the application for you to hear a response. Went through about 3 interviews over the course of 3 weeks, meeting with the supervisor followed by some colleagues I would be working with

A 45 minute interview with lots of how would you respond to a member. Nice interview and still waiting to hear back. I went with a staffing agency to get the interview.
Received a call from a recruiter. Quickly scheduled an interview-lasted approximately 30 minutes. Interview went well. Easy questions one question involving motivational interviewing. Overall, interview went smooth, interviewers were nice and friendly.
