I was originally contacted for a phone screen, based on my indeed resume. Then sent for a in person interview 2 hour interview with multiple individuals. After the second interview I was told I would be contacted for my third interview. Never contacted.
I’m very glad that this process turned out this way. I would never want to work for a company that doesn’t respect candidates time. The reviews are fairly spot on with the work culture and I can tell by how my interview process went. The only way I was ever able to get some sort of a follow up was when I emailed, multiples times. Just to be lead on that I was still being considered.
Turns out, they went internal which is fine. However, it would’ve been professional to receive adequate and timely follow ups considering candidates are spending a lot of time on multiple interviews, emails and calls to follow up. Literally would’ve been “ghosted” had I not reached out....again. All in all I landed an incredible position with a company that values their people. Thank goodness I saw early on how this company operates.
