I applied online. I interviewed at SharkNinja (Boston, MA)
Interview
The first round here was a phone screen. I had a nice conversation and expressed my interest in the company and the position. Given a certain circumstance, I requested that the hiring process be expedited if the team is interested in my profile. I was told that they would give me an update in the next couple days but instead was ghosted. I never heard from them despite follow-up emails.
If the Shark Ninja management/hiring team is reading this, I suggest you respond/communicate as we can take no for an answer.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at SharkNinja (Newton, MA)
Interview
Interview consisted entirely of management explaining to me how the mechanics of their department works. There were many areas of this department, I was told they would figure out where I fit best once I started. They asked me 1 question about my previous experience, and basically then asked if the work sounded like something I could do. It was more of a general orientation than an interview.
