Went through four rounds of interviews before sitting on what felt like a panel with five directors. The interview itself lacked structure and direction with no clear understanding or alignment between stakeholders. Needless to say that when it came to getting any sort of feedback, there was none. I emailed HR rep twice for feedback but to no avail. A real shame as I did enjoy the interview process and task up until this point. Didn’t feel like there was any sort of fair or level playing field with the questions being asked or the direction of the interview.
