Ghosted Straightforward process - completed 5 rounds of interviews Got through to the final stage and was then strung on by the HR partner, saying the hiring manager was on holiday, dealing with other commitments etc. Had followed up multiple times however still not heard back (it's been over 6 months) very unprofessional given the amount of time invested - a simple rejection email would have at least shown some basic respect
