Sharp NEC Display Solutions of America interview questions

One phone interview followed by a useless, ridiculously disorganized in-person interview. HR person actually stepped out mid-interview to interview another person for another job. Don't these people understand something called scheduling? I left with a low opinion of this company. Never heard back from them, which was OK by me.

Phone screen by the recruiter. Application w/ authorization for credit check. Two-phase test project given, there was some uncertainty about the deadlines. Interview 1.5 months later. Friendly reception thanks to recruiter, well organized interview process. Interview was 1:1 w/ co-worker by phone, lead, department head, and HR. Followed up with submitting the test project for review. Notified a 3 weeks later about the hiring decision.
