First there was a 20 minute screening (06/12) and then there was a 50 minute interview (06/21) . Both were panels with multiple people. The second interview they were going to send me a document with questions 20 minutes before, but I was accidentally sent it 2 days previously. They initially wanted me to go up to Shasta County for the 50 minute interview, but I was already set on flying out for a personal trip the next day. If you're going to ask someone to go in person, give them a couple of weeks at least. I might be in the same state but California is so big and I'm at least an 8-10 hour drive south from there. I thought the interview went well but seeing that I got an automatic rejection email the same day as the interview makes me think that they might not have wanted to hire anyone in the first place or I wasn't who they wanted to begin with but if that was the case then just reject me after the screening
