Emailed HR per their ad. I didn't realize how small this company is or I wouldn't have applied - that's on me. Having said that, the phone screen with HR was joke. The HR person was on a phone with a poor connection and tons of background noise. This was a painful call and, I excused myself after 10 minutes when it was clear to me it wasn't a fit on many levels. Hope someone finds this helpful.
