I applied through the career portal at my university. They contacted me regarding an interview in a week or so. The interview itself was quite nice. She started off by asking me what I knew of the company. She then filled in the gaps in my knowledge about the company. She also asked my some standard behavioral questions, such as conflict resolution. This interview was essentially a conversation between us after that point, as I had relevant experience in polymer research. She was extremely impressed by this, and by the time I left the interview, I was sure I'd get the offer. All in all, a pleasant experience.
