1st stage: Online Assessment
Consist of 2 parts, Part I Decision making and Part 2 Calculation with a time limit
2nd stage: Telephone interview
The interview lasted for an hour. Questions asked were more on how you adapt yourself in different situations (using your past experiences as examples), how you work with people with diverse background, how you handle stress etc
3rd stage: Shell Recruitment Day
1. E-tray exercise- Reply emails in limited time
2. Group discussion- Discuss with group members on the task given and present on the board
3. Self-reflection interview- Identify what you did well and what you did badly in the previous activities
4. Case study analysis- Making decision from options provided and justify
