This company does a very good show-off in their interviewing process but is no different than any other organization. Some of their company values are - Openness, Transparency etc. but off late one will realize that they really don't imbibe them.
I was very much impressed with the way recruitment process started with and the way it progressed, but in the end I realize it was a wrong impression, as all the impression plummeted to zero with your dry one-liner response that too when asked for. They never gave me any feedback, on the contrary when I gave them feedback to re-look their recruiting process, they seem to not care at all.
The way interviews were conducted, I felt this is the organization I would probably like to work with as it appeared to be different and showcased a good level of transparency. However, that was a fallacy and off late my perception got changed altogether as this organization was no different than others mediocre. It's just that the initial showcase leads to generation of wrong perception.
In the interview, each and every word of yours will get jotted down which was really good but in the end if you get a one-liner answer that too on demand - don't get surprised..!! They do this..!!
I didn't see any management intervention as well who were also informed about the feedback which clearly showcases that this organization is no different than the mediocre ones. The recruitment team was in fact indirectly told me to directly reach out to one lady and not to management which shows their fake level of transparency and openness.
I would recommend anyone being interviewed here to think well and make a judicious decision if given an offer. Don't get lured by the show-off..!!
Overall, it was not a productive use of my time and efforts with this organization..!!
