First a telephone Call a then a. Formal interview in person to discuss the role in further detail. They also asked a lot about my past roles and experiences I would bring to this role
It was Behavioural based. A lot of questions you needed to answer by using the Star technique. They also ask questions just to get to know you as well. Relatively easy.
