Interview by a technical personnel from Pulau Bukom refineries and ask several personality and competency based questions about on capacity, achievement and relationship and motivation to join which lasts for about an hour.

Interview
Applicants have to apply online on the Shell portal and it starts with a personality test followed by a "what would you do in this situation" kind of test and a maths IQ test followed by a 1 1/2 hour phone interview. For the online test, just be yourself and for the maths test, try to recognise the important information otherwise you will run out of time doing the test. its about 1 min per question.
