Interview
I filed out an online application for a cashier's position. The next morning a manager at Shell called me and asked about my availability, I told him I was open to work any shift , he asked me if I could come in that morning. I went to Shell in a couple hours and I was starting the hiring process, there was really no interview at all. Just read the rules and filed out paperwork.
Pretty straightforward and they don’t make you feel stressed. They seem to listen to you and not put you down with complex questions. They give you time to think about the questions

very welcoming conversation just had to talk about what times your free to work and what your hobbies are then some info for the job. it was just in the floor of the store.
It was a very easy interview. Simple questions and clear instructions on what tasks will consist of and what a typical day looks like. Staff is easy going. Very easy
