Als eerste moet je alleen je CV uploaden en daarna krijg je 2 tests. Een iq test en een persoonlijkheidstest. Je ziet de resultaten niet en na 2 dagen in mijn geval krijg je dan alleen te horen of je wel of niet door bent. Als je niet door bent kan je een jaar lang niet solliciteren en krijg je ook geen uitslag of verdere uitleg over je afwijzing.

Face to face with the manager. Followed by the scenario interview with HR person. Fun process if you don't make too much fuss about it. Interview was for the job that I knew I could handle and for the team that I knew before. I had an advantage of years of experience.
