3. Case study followed by discussion to see the head space.

Predefined questions to test your capacity, achievement, relation in handling a project or study
Mostly same or simple question asked such as
which project you done
How do you decided the project objective
Who helped you during work
What else you tried to achieve the results
Any set back and how do you handled that .... And so on
Roughly 45 minute interview. Half of the time spent discussing the resume and job history and experience. The remainder of the session was personality and leadership questions (e.g. Tell me about a time when you had to intervene in a personal dispute)

Interview
It was a detailed interview process consisting of 3 different stages. First One is GTKY, second one is Functional Interview and the last one is Managerial & Behavioral round. and then the final discussion is on the compensation with HR.
