Interview
I had to complete online tests and then a HireVue video interview with 5 questions. The questions were fairly standard demonstrations of transferable skills and the final question was based on the company itself.
The advantage of the Shell process is that even if you are unsuccessful they send you a personality evaluation from the results of your online testing.
