Lot of preparations needed for the interview process that included lot of steps. Guidance from Shell HR appreciated and proved valuable for the process. Need to do your homework and really know the company.

the process was standard and considered my previous jobs and requested I walk through how I conducted my previous assignments, then followed up with a review of the understanding of the current position offered and my skills as they applied to the current job posted. This I found standard and not out of line. It was a fair interview and very pleasant
