Een set van ingesproken filmpjes met sollicitatie vragen waar binnen 2 minuten een online antwoord voor moest worden opgenomen en ingezonden. Voorafgaan daar aan moest een numerieke assessment worden afgelegd
It was a virtual assessment. There were 3 sections: Personality Test, Problem Solving and Critical Thinking, and they were separated out. It was Entirely online and remote, no human interaction
