A telephone interview asking scenario based questions on finance control, budgeting. The interviewer would ask for scenarios and how I addressed them. After that there is a behavioural interview about how you addressed different situations

For the Shell Graduate Programme, 1st few rounds are IQ and work-related tests. Afterwards is case study as well as usual interview questions eg why you wish to join Shell

Interview
First stage is a confirmation call. This is just to confirm your eligibility for the interview.
Second is the telephone interview that ask based on scenarios relating to areas in Finance. Basically, they ask you to give them an example of a scenario where you displayed finance control
After that there is a group interview that replicates the telephone interview and adds a behavioral interview also
